Thom Kuby – Senior Editor

Thom Kuby is the Publisher/CEO of PML – The Market Letter For Porsche Automobiles.

A life-long car guy, Thom’s 1st exposure to Porsches was at an SCCA Regional race in Wilmot, Wisconsin in 1965

At the time he had no clue what those little rear-engined cars were out on the track, running circles around just about everything else. As time wore on, Porsches became more defined and a integral part of Thom’s Sports Car life. He has owned numerous Porsches, along with some interesting non-Porsche cars along the way. His current Porsche is a ‘68 911 Vintage Racer, configured for classic C Production racing with a 2.0 liter engine. He currently does not have a Porsche on the street…that’s his next move.

Besides Porsches, and cars in general, Thom has always had an interest in car magazines (for some weird, obscure reason). He swore that someday he was going to either be a staff member at a well established publication, or have his own. In 1992 he joined the small staff of PML as a part-time, heavy-duty-all-purpose resource doing a little bit of everything. Finally one day, in October of ‘07 the owner/publisher of PML called him up and said: “It’s high time you stepped up to the plate and take this thing…I just want to be a retired guy, and ride my horse…so, get off your can and come get it”

In January of ‘08 PML was purchased by his company, QB Asssociates LLC, and he’s been drinking from the fire hose ever since…
