|
| Wayne Baker's 914-4 leads an IMSA GTU field to the green flag in a
1981 race at Riverside Raceway. Wayne won many poles, set many track records,
and won a few races with this car, but reliability problems kept him from
winning the GTU championship. See this month's feature article for further
information.
Richard Sloan's 914-6 with 24k original miles is pictured below. This car is for sale, please contact Richard at (203) 675-3235 or RichardSloan@aol.com. |

A 914-8, one of only two built by the Porsche factory, as seen in the Porsche Factory Museum. Given to Dr. Porsche for his birthday, the car featured dual headlights, a fuel access cap in the front trunk lid, rounded exterior mirrors, flat-topped front parking light lenses and a unique front bumper design. Not even the interior matched the classic 914 design. |
